Die,

Down,

Fall,

These are the words he’s hearing,

He doesn’t know why he’s hearing them,

It feels like a wretched curse to hear,

He doesn’t know how to explain how he feels,

It seems like he’s going down,

Without a doubt,

He feels the pressure beating beneath this heart,

Is it just him,

Or is it you,

The reason that he’s writing,

He can’t explain this feeling,

He feel like the blades are getting closer,

Since he’s not a part of you,

The dreams,

They’re shattered,

Just like our hopes,

So this soldier might return,

With his heart broken,

And the wings will soar,

Since he has no chance in hell to be back,

He won’t ever be the same person,

Yeah you might know him,

But he won’t know who you are,

I guess he has a point,

You did leave him behind,

Well he’s just living life the way his parents raised him,

By the time he remembers you,

He’ll be six feet under,

But,

He won’t forget the anthem to his life,

He’s tried so hard,

Noone gets him,

So he’ll put on the helmet,

And hide behind the mask,

And in time he’ll be gone just like his pain,

His sorrow,

And everything will cave in on him.
