A Lifetime in the Dark is about coming to realization who and what you are... in so many words :)

Cole Son

The imprint of my soul

Reflects from canyon walls

Of broken glass hidden in the past

Where unknown armies fall

To the ever last

Some echoes I can hear

A question in the fog

Of wasted fears and muddy tears

Raining from the very top

Of long forgotten years

A lifetime in the dark

Searching for the light

That only shows its face

Behind the sacred veil

that like a gleaming star

shines on empty space

where you earned the right

to be

My deepest thoughts are still

Standing in this hall

As the river of life flows like a knife

To pierce the truth

Of what’s to see

Cole Son
