P...P...Pick Up A Penguin
Pete's a Patagonian penguin,
A paddling perky bird.
Peacefully plodding on pack ice,
And peculiarly absurd.
Pete is plump and piebald.
He preys on prawns for lunch.
He's a predator of prodigious power,
And packs a powerful punch.
Pete's pride are his pale pink pyjamas,
They're pretty and patterned with plants.
He poses in polka dot plimsoles,
And posh pleated purple pants.
Pete's got a pen pal called Percy,
He's a potty perverted pest.
He pecks and picks on petrel chicks,
Pulls puffins off their nests.
So if you want to p...p...pick up a penguin,
Be prepared for a Percy or Pete,
'Cus your perception of penguin perfection,
Could be walloped by waddling feet!
