This is a poem I wrote when I was 19 and it helped me get over all of the things I went through and all the problems I had as a teen. Maybe someone else out there will like it too.

No more pain
no more cry
no more feelings of wanting to die.
BPD go away
Girls now’s the time to let it all fade away.
Never rule my life again.
No more caring about being thin.
I'm stripping off my closed heart.
Simply because i want to be apart of something great.
Letting everything go
Like bully's words and sexual harassment by men.
I promise the world i will never take it out on my skin again.
No more hiding like before
Now I’m letting go and doing much more.
4 all the closed hearts begging to be repaired.
This is 4 everyone who has ever been scared.
About saying how they feel for what they have bared.
This is 4 them.
So that they can see that i have made it and am no longer scared.
But that’s me.
Now you have all my hopes that u will soon let go
you'll feel better when u do.
And so now u know.

with love,
Karen Amber Barlow.
