Betrayed: By Nick Joost

I put my heart in your grasp,
hoping that forever we would last.
Love struck, I thought you were the one,
so closely together left other couples stunned.
The winner I was, claiming you as my prize,
succeeding with you, as many others had only tried.
Spent time with you, 3 years long,
for reasons unknown, everything went wrong.
Walked in on you, with another person,
While we were still together, things abruptly worsened.
Ordered me to leave, I just couldn't believe,
Guess you really wanted to get off, so I left you in piece.
