I am a beautiful, soothing blue

I melt into the crystal clear water

Together we create something new

 

I am swirling, faster, faster

Drawn towards the silver well

Slowly my color drains and I am gone

 

As I am washed away

My scent lingers in the air

My silky texture untouched

 

I thrive on contact

When I encounter the air

Everything becomes sweeter

 

I can take away the hurt

For a few fleeting moments

I can be a comforting presence

 

Just press with your fingers

And I will appear

Ready for you to soak me up.
