One is striken by madness,
as if it was a sickness; airborn.
It makes you fear the man,
coughing next to you.
You do not know him,
he could very well be,
the mad man,
who fancies himself an artist,
who kills, and calls it art.

Or the woman who just sneezed.
You hold yourt breath as you think of the outlaw,
a crazed woman of thirties,
that killed so many.

You swear you can feel it,
rushing threw your veins,
infecting,
affecting you.
Like a virus,
it spreads.

You can feel it taking over,
and your body can do nothing to stop it,
you smile,
and laugh,
and enjoy the work of your horrid sickness.
As the supossed outlaws, and madmen,
fall weak to your stronger illness.

And you know,
that this will leave,
like all sickness,
and then guilt withflood your soul,
like the blood rivers that are swelling at you feet.
And all you can think,
since the virus is still thriving
is d*mn,
considering one of the effects of madness,
is loss of compassion.
