"This poem is a devotion to my mother for being the best mother to me. My other siblings and I, thank her for all of the hard work she has done to provide and take care of us (working at an additional job and going through medical assisting classes and graduated in May 6,2011 ). We congratulate you and we hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day."

She was the one who brought me the cold February earth. She gave part of my proud face, race, mind, and skin as brown as the earth's dirt. She's the one who held me tight; she held me so tight until I was ready, accomplished, and triumphant enough to walk on my own two feet. As years goes by; my first two school years, I couldn't have her near.

I cried, held back my tears, and whispered to myself \"I wish you was still here.\" Months later, major illness came upon me that was frighting to her and my family; seizures that found the way to let me fall and she was always there to catch me. When I was appointed to the hospital, finally, she stood by my side for almost a week, approximately. There goes the times and years I told teachers she was my super hero; the representable, the victorious, and the invincible.

Years later, one of her six children passed away, yet, she was strong and she stood toll. That time, she taught me to 'always have a rejoiced soul'. So I followed her wishes; she followed her dreams, until five years later, she climbed her peak and it was REACHED. She's victorious; she's my role model that I can always keep; she taught me the basic things about 'life', independence, 'trustworthy', self-confidence, and to use of my booked mind and heavy words for self-defense. She's my mother and an inspiration to me. She's a triumphant woman at my highest authority.
