Crowded, surrounded

Smothered in halls

Shoved in corners

Backing, retracting

Trying to find a way

It's like a jungle

Getting thicker as you go

Pushing, shoving

Wondering if its really worth it to go

They say you should

You wonder

if you could

Just dictch the day

You wonder

If they'd really care

Notice if your not there

It's like a prison

Small rooms, Big problems

Listening, whispering

Wondering what they say

About what your wearing

Today

Crying, trying

To hide the hurt

They don't know you

They just blurt

Not caring

About your feelings

Just wanting to see

You falling on your knees

Wishing

You could show them who you really are

Hiding behind a mask

Scared

Thinking they won't accept you

Worried

They'll shun you

Not willing

To Take the risk

Putting on the face

Letting them see

What they want to see.
