HUMANIMAL

The dark storm clouds gather,

The deafening thunder of war

Looms ever so close.

The clear blue sky is eaten alive.

And when it will rain,

Blood will pour down.

But at the present, there is a lull.

A deathly silence prevails.

For now is the eternity before the end,

The infinity between life and death.

But the infinity will be terminated,

As will we.

And the firmament will bear down

Upon our damned souls.

But the best part remains,

For this is no prophecy, no omen.

Merely a statement applicable

To every day and age.

For each in its turn has been

Threatened,

By forces, nuclear or armed with clubs,

And perished, and risen again to perish anew.

Symbols of an unstable race.

The beast manifested.

He is called the Humanimal.
