Misconduct would not be tolerated,

Until the silence abated.

Felonies may be accepted,

Unless they were intercepted.

An unmoving fleet of mechanics,

Run by petty electronics.

Sound pierces the air by mighty columns,

rapiers drawn to the heart of darkness,

Stabbing it slowly in the daylight

Only to have it beat again with the approach of night.

Men and women in uniform,

Side-by-side, back-to-back,

Soldiers in an eternal war against its infinite forms,

Patching up the cracks,

Within the cramped enclosures.

Nomocracy prevails once more over the chaos

That is the Human soul.
