I set myself to thinking

With my noodle, up on top,

If I was really a farmer

Then I would need a crop

Of corn stocks, or barley,

Alfalfa or wheat.

Whatever crop I grew,

I would need to grow it neat!

In row after row,

I'd plant stuff in the ground,

I wouldn't plant square,

I'd only plant round.

Then I'd water it all

With a watering thingy,

With a faucet, all twirly,

And a hose that was stringy.

And after it grew,

All crocked and tall,

I would cut it all down

And then sell it all.

I'd sell it to ranchers

Who had cattle to feed

Then I'd start up my tractor

And plant some more seed.
