Spinning and intertwined

One vine crosses another vine

Then flowers bud and burst to view

Just in time for this rhyme.

Baby bird, so ugly-cute,

His parents have their fill

Feeding that tweeting ball of fluff,

Cramming stuff inside it's bill.

Bambi stumbles in the yard

And her mother lets her be

She wobbles as mom munches

The apples from our tree.

Joyous Spring and another year.

The growing season is here,

 Vines, Birds, or Deer,

Are better viewed with a beer

From this hammock, over here.
