Dying Dreams
I know it’s bad to say,
I know I should be grateful.
But, the dreams in which I’m dying
are the best I’ve ever had.
It’s really kind of funny,
I know you think it’s sad.
But, the dreams in which I’m dying
are the best I’ve ever had.
The pain sets deep,
tears run down cheeks.
For the dreams in which I’m dying
are the best I’ve ever had.
Fear goes away quickly.
However, scars last forever.
And, the dreams in which I’m dying
are the best I’ve ever had.
Sadness kills the happy,
happiness kills the sad.
But, the dreams in which I’m dying
are the best I’ve ever had.
