Keeping You A Secret-Julie Anne Peters: Book Review

This book was downright amazing. I could not put it down for more than five minutes at a tie. Which, in turn, had me finish it in less than six hours.

In Keeping You A Secret, Peters showcases a controversial topic in a great way. A gay love story including the main character coming out to her parents, to her friends, but most of all, to herself.

The main character (Holland Jaeger) throughout the novel realizes who she really is, kind of with the help of the new girl (Cece Goddard). Through trials and tribulations, Holland and Cece make it through.

Overall, I give this novel a ten of ten because it is unbelievably amazing and wonderfully written. I would highly recommend it to mature audiences due to language and some violence.

This is the first novel I’ve read by Peters, and it will not be my last. This is a great novel by Julie Anne Peters.
