Long gone!

Long gone

A landless Lily on white sands,
What a coincidence?
So good to whistle,
So nice to croon to penguins.

What a collapse?
Too hot to nook as it rubbles,
Too troubled as storms strike,
Very agitated to fly on a gloomy day,
Too fussed to cruise on a windy night!

Just like a wobbling butterfly in the air, she walked away.
Just like a balloon wobbled by tornado, she disappeared!

Long gone! From a cocoon to a butterfly, not easy slogs to win!
Guessing her mote was irritated by invading sands, she groomed.
Dazzled as whirlwind began to gather residues; she grooved.
Though rose smelling better than cabbage, she was enticed!
Just a flower but not a flavour to ravenous tummy.

Though hands together on her rescue, long gone.
Amateur in mayhem of dispensation, she’s lost.
Grief in her heart, no open eyes turning to her world!
Now as beams are shining, hope has knocked,
But long gone, she is just a lifeless Lily!
