How can I trust?
Believe your words?
Your lies?

I Love(d) you.
I didn't think I could anymore.
Then you came along.

With your innocent eyes and charming smile,
all the false I Love You's
The calm and comfort I felt near you-

I believed and trusted "maybe's"
Because you claimed them true.
Only to be torn apart,
shattered from the blue.

Left in crumbles we dare not speak
of how we used to wait all week,
for stolen moments of love.

But now you're gone-
I'll wait until you fade.
Eventually I'll mend myself-
stronger than before.

And I won't let you break
these new walls I'll build.
I'll try my best,
not to make the same mistake,
of trusting in your Lies.
