My heart here dark and bleak

I hear Your call for me to seek

For me to crawl and kiss Your feet

For me to die

For me to weep

I looked down from my chair in Hell

You were in need my soul could tell

I left the comfort of the dark where I dwell

To save You from the gates of Heav'n

But this day's night has yet to come

So into my cell I lead You done

The light has never and has not won

The lies spat we will surely shun

For me my cry for You to keep

Within my chest You reside You weep

Dormant and peaceful beyond their reach

My black wings enfold You my love so sleep
