I found this old piece from way back then while digging through my old work. I'll just leave it here. ;)

You said that you would always love me,

That you would never hurt me;

You said that you wanted to marry me,

That you wanted to have a family with me,

You said all of this and more.

So why did you break your promise?

Why did you break my heart with that one little lie,

That one little statement?

Why did you have to go and make me lose my mind?

I'm so broken up, baby,

It hurts so much to think about you.

It hurts to know how you're doing now,

To hear you already have another,

To hear your words that you love them and resent me.

What did I do to deserve this?

You've already broken me once,

And every day the pieces get smaller and smaller.

One day there won't be anything left but dust,

So what will become of me then?

Why did you have to go and do that?

Play with me and use me,

And then break me

Just like a porcelain doll?
