This journey we must take is only for you dear
Across plains and hills left vacant and forgotten
Your elders escort me, determined to find you
Sorrow is shared as I hear a voice ever so brief
Scene shifts; an abandoned fortress guarded
We the guardians must hinder the mutated
Bow and arrow pulled tight, hidden from view
Both guardians and mutated grow in populous
As king, I stand in front, adrenaline pumping
A cry for total massacre and violence descends
We the victors start our new life, rebuilding all
The young lad asks dutifully what he must do
And she suddenly is there, the ghost that haunts
I am reduced to nothing, black crown covers my eyes
Even this king feels the sadness over what was lost
Walking away from his subjects with heavy heart
