When I sleep It feels like death

For when I sleep, I see no breath

I have no life, I feel no pain

And when I awake I sleep again

Should not life be more precious than this?

Than to sleep it away like death’s deferred wish?

I think it should and maybe it could

But I don’t think when the sleep is good
