My name is Carter Scott, if you are listening to this then you must have found my rotting corpse along with it. I was trained by my mother and father to protect myself. They lived in this god-forsaken wasteland all their lives and tried their best to keep me safe.

My father died trying to rescue my mother. I watched as a group of raiders and thugs tore the clothing off my mother and raped her, all I could do was watch. I knew how to kill but yet, as I looked at my mother I could see in her eyes that she didn’t want me to get involved. When they were done, they all left except one. He pulled out a pistol held it to my mother’s head and pulled the trigger. All I saw was crimson liquid pouring out of my mother’s head. You see, my mother had been suffering from intense radiation poisoning for 5 months. Every day I saw her face I could tell that she was in indescribable pain. As she rolled back dead I could see a sense of relief in her eyes, but now I didn’t have any restraints from killing them all.

As I jumped out of my parent’s closet I put a bullet from my .44 magnum in my mother’s killer’s head. I could hear as all the raiders ran to see where the gunshot came from. It was pitch black outside perfect for hunting. I went around to the front and I could hear them all talking in the back of my house. I cocked the gun and walked in. The first guy to notice me got shot three times, once in the chest and two in head as my father taught me. Three other guys rushed out of my parent’s bed room. I used the guy I just killed as a shield and shot all of them in the head.

Their leader was the last one, a fat bastard who started to beg when I was walking towards him. He started talking about hiring me to work for him, and to go on assassinations for him, that I was a perfect candidate. As I put the business end of the gun under his triple chin, I said “Let me help you ask my mother’s permission” and watched as his brains flew out the top of his head.

As I walked back to my room I recorded this message. I picked up my gun, put it to my head. (“gunshot”) (The tape ended)
