Our 31st Wedding Anniversary

I don't need reminding,
That thirty one years have passed.
For when I married you dear,
I knew our love would last.

I don't need a telescope,
To see a shining star.
For you are right beside me,
And I love you as you are.

I don't need a candle,
To brighten up the day.
For it only takes a smile from you,
To help me find my way.

I don't need a crystal ball,
To tell what the future may bring.
For as long as we're together dear,
We can conquer anything.
