Status: Finished  |  Genre: Poetry  |  House: Booksie Classic

a poem about life in a place where a person doesn't wanna be.

Only ourselves can we thank for the

choices we make

Every noble deed and every costly

mistake

I made this

bed of loneliness so in

it I’ll lie

and I pray to make a change ‘cuz

This aint the place to die

I know what I did was wrong and

it’s too late now

so I can only move ahead and

hope it make it out.

In a way I envy you, the way

you live a normal life

I wonder if I can ever be a success

or am I destined to prison life?
