My first attempt at poetic writing. This piece is an outlook of a depressed indiviual's mindset when facing death.

When all has been taken,

You feel forsaken!

For those you have known,

Have disowned you,

Now you walk as a ghost,

Who host a head full of lies,

That makes you a walking shadow of despair and regret,

Your completley aware of this,

So you drown all your sorrow,

Into a void too avoid,

The fear that haunts you,

though your currently daunting,

This unwanted paranoia,

Choking you of your depleting breath,

You take one last gasp of air,

For a fair chance at life,

But its too late,

Because you have just been silenced,

By the knife of judgement,

Which held a grudge against you since you were born,

And no one will ever mourn your demise,

Only cause you were never wise!
