This poem discribes my Grandmother's house and what you can find if you go there. It truly is one of my favorite places.

In a house in Maine

Mosquitoes roam.

By the woods

A deaf and blind dog runs.

In the attic raccoons are noisy.

Two guest rooms upstairs,

One downstairs,

One room for grandma.

Pictures of grandkids,

Portrait of her 5 year old late son.

Unlit chandelier of candles hangs

Over the dinner table.

Grandma plays bridge with friends in the living room.
