The Best Part Of My Life Is At The End Of This
When I was two
I was scared of the dark
When I was five
My goldfish died
When I grew up
I wanted to fly
Instead I realised
I would die if i tryed
When I was ten
I brushed my hair one hundred times
When I was thirteen
Well i was just thirteen
When I grew up
A broken heart
Made me cry
I felt i could just die
When I was sixteen
I looked at playboy
But not for the articles
I did thing to myself
I will not talk about
When I was seventeen
I made out with a girl
Today i have gone further then that
At twenty I am in love
With Hope Sanders.

I think Hope is special as well :-) I am also glad you were just 13. If you ever want to chat about 16 I will listen.
Twenty is a good age and you are old enough to know what true love is and we need to experiance a broken heart at least once in our lives. I was surprised you never mentioned "D" but I can also see this was a poem about finally meeting the one you love "H"
But this is a nice poem about certain stages of your life as you grew up and it flows along nicely.
PS you really brushed your hair 100 times??
Much Love Brian {{hug}}
I left out the age I was when Dean passed because if I mentioned him it would have made the poem go another way. anyway he belongs in poems just about him :).
I used to brush my hear a lot but I never counted so it might be less the 100 ;).
