 Love's Dilemma

I wait for you my darling,

in the darkness of the night,

I wait for you, yet you stand still,

I linger out of the sun's reach,

You stand in it, yet I wait for you,

Constant, I stand in the shadows, refusing to step into the light,

I burn for you, my love,

Still you refuse to walk into the dark to meet me,

and so, here I am, standing at the edge of dark and light,

Half in moonlight, half in sunlight,

Which path shall I choose?

Will we ever meet?

 This is Love's Dilemma
