It's sort of like being stuck in the past, cherishing what you love while people truly never felt the need to be friends now or then. Iunno.

I can write hip-hop, or I can write poetry.
No matter the choice, no one will know it's me.
A faceless entity that spits out lethargic feelings,
There is no texture my words, you don't know what you're feeling.
It could be pleasure, it could be pain,
but to be frank it's a way for me to complain.
I vent my history in poetry,
and the sad part is you don't even know it's me.
We're the best of friends you and I say,
yet the music has stopped and will not play.
I'm dull--jaded---erased to a blank slate.
And the sad part is, you don't remember this face.
