My house is full of little things she bought me.

My mind is full of the huge things she taught me.

She gave me so much

As we made our way through life.

We shared so many ups and downs

When we both became a wife.

She was always a bright spark,

alway full of fun.

We had no idea

the deadly disease had begun.

When she knew there was no hope

She was the one who helped me cope.

Then one day she gave me

a tiny box wrapped in ribbons and a dove.

Keep that safe,she said,

it'll be there when you need it-

it's a little box of love.

It's my little piece of comfort

to help me through the years.

Though every time I look at it

I can't hold back the tears.

I miss her and I think of her

with every passing day.

Sometimes I think she's with me

when I need to find the way.

I hope she's up there,somewhere

looking down on me from above

and watches,when I'm sitting here

holding my little box of love.
