Depression is real. It is affecting lots of peoples lives and is causing them to harm themselves. I should know, I am one of them. Recently I have been released from the hospital and have been diagnosed with depression. Pills isn't the only option to help you can also use coping skills. Such as:

  • kicking a soccer ball
  • drawing on yourself
  • meditation
  • singing
  • writing
  • drawing
  • listening to music
  • watching tv
  • talking to someone
  • helping others
  • focusing on something else

This is just a few of many coping skills that you can use. Just know that you are not alone. If you ever need help you can text me.
