It was a cold dark night down at the lake in Gardtown. The trees waved carefully from side to side, and the gulls did not even let out the quietest of shrieks not daring to make so much sound as to wake the terrifying beast. The monstrous creature lay within the cave at the side of the lake's boggy and dangerous bank, stalking its prey until the moment it decided to strike. The beast began to emerge from the dingy hollow it called home and everything stopped. Silence filled the air in preparation for the vicious creature to express its thoughts to its surroundings. The creature's eyes narrowed and a huge breath of anxiety fell around, the wildlife began to flee. As the beast's mouth slowly cracked open the other creature began to embrace themselves for what was to come. Then the beast said \"Bloomin' heck, it's too early for this, I'm going back to bed\". And all of the animals in and around Gardtown lake gasped with a sigh of relief.
Until next time...
