Turmoil to peace

I did not know I knew not peace

How would I?

I have always been that way

Trapped

~~~
I did not know how to look within
How would I?
I have always looked out
Unaware
~~~

I did not know how to stop and stand still

How would I?

I have moved what felt like forward

Relentlessly

~~~
I did not know what it was to achieve
How would I?
I have blindly gone on ignoring success
Misguided
~~~

I did not know their impression of me changed

How would I?

I have lived as a that child within trying to please

Only to fail

~~~
I did not know that I lived as a mirror
How would I?
Reflecting an image of who I thought they wanted me to be
Invisible
~~~

I did not know I was not true to myself

How would I?

I have live for so long through the eyes of others

Living a lie

~~~
From the innocents of a child grows a stranger in TURMOIL
_________________________________________
I have learned that I was not who I am
How do I Know?
I had journeyed so far I did not recognize me
Perfidy sorted
~~~

I have learned that to err is to be human

How do I Know?

I have lived in error, accepting this helps ones true self

Evolve with humility

~~~
I have learned that living to a perception is a cruel master
How do I know?
I have lived as an image, it cannot be sustained
Acceptance this was key
~~~

I have learned to love ones imperfect self

How do I know?

To live with the good and the bad leads to

Compassion towards others

~~~
I have learned that when all seams lost it is not
How do I Know?
I have lost all a had, but have found myself
Elusive but emerging
~~~

Strip back creation to find inner PEACE
