Alice is my flat mate. She sleeps next door to me and has hearing like some sort of super mutant. I am also very loud. This is an apology. And yes, I rhyme Out with Out.

I'm sorry I'm so noisy, I know I am to blame, for sleep is something important, something that you crave.
We both know you’re a light sleeper, you hear the fridge next door, so it makes a lot sense when you say you can hear my snore.
Skype is very new to me, I from land of Oz, used MSN and ultimately was at a fatal loss.
I'm sorry I talk at stupid o'clock, when I, myself, can't sleep, I've tried to find new ways to pass the time, alas I cannot see.
But after some pondering a solution was very clear, I searched my room for a pair of plugs for each of my two ears.
Now I shall type and listen, from this day here on out, and you shall be in the land of nod (if N's electric cuts out)
