Brand Me

-

During Sanest

Funny evenings

Where a laugh can be heard

__even from mutes

I will look upon

My brainfall seasons

Golden and gleaming

A clot of blood

Molded

Out of gold

And put on display

Ev'rywhere

How my heart crashed

Into a light bulb

And ran away, struck

And too sick to be loved back

To it's good health

Answers fallow

As I listen

To a piano down the hall

It's a crazy bar

The player is hiding

Like as if that hallway

Was an ally

But I could care less

If I knew any newer words

But if you think my life is dole

Why not put that on a sticker

And put it on me

And sell me as an apple?
