That Had To Have Been You

-

Ripping out my heart

What was it you said?

It goes to my head

Eating me alive

I could not help

__but wonder

As I gazed

__and pondered

Your way

If my headphones weren't on

What would I have heard?

What would be the words

You said to me?

You said to me

Something I'll never know what is

I'm so stupid

And I should have been listening

-

Ripping out my heart

What was it you said?

It goes to my head

It could be you're knocked up

It could be that you're going to

Find out if so

Find out if so

What if it was something else?

Like you cussing me out?

What if you thought I heard you?

Well, I guess you pro'bly did

I guess you did not need me

Or did you tell me to meet you before

You were driving off in the car?

I guess I'll never know

If I stood you up
