After The Shatter

"Well, I'm" tired now

"Goin' home" and for a rest

Past miles and miles

Towns and ev'rything

There is no "new way" home

And by the time the clock stops tickin'

I will be asleep by then

There's a Heaven

__there's a darkness

You know you've a friend

__that lives inside of my head

Called "my brain"

But, Hell

We "never know"

Why we piss off the heart

I missed out

On orientation for "thee in crowd"

So I dropped out of popularity

I "will never" get mine

But, bitch, this ain't goodbye yet

So say "hello" to my feelings

And let go' the deal

You know I'm "for reals"

You know I'm "for reals"

And where my world left me

I did not stay "at all"

That place was wretched

__that place was trash

I mean it was a junk yard

__wasn't it?

Maybe you and I should know

The thoughts of ideas

Thinking knowledge like it's crazy

But "it's alright"

Just let me scramble this relationship

That we form of

Into a great breakfast

Full of sea salt

__and diamonds in your hair

There won't be truth

In all of this

So grab the gabble

And all this can be history
