As My Hope Dwindles

-

Beyond my control

The stolen heart of mine

Now weeps in sorrow

Thee empty changes

God never promised me her

I guess that's why I won't get her

She is obviosuly not ment to be had

Not by me, at least

When the salt pours from the jar

And I taste more than I can handle

I will go on as if nothing ever happened

But I won't be at ease in the back of my mind

All my love for her

Was it felt?

Or was I just hard for her body?

I go on without her

Holding on to my very last breaths

Knowing I won't be breathing soon

As the light of hope dwindles

The fire in my heart dies out

And I come out of my love coma

Ready to be hurt again

I will suffer until I am perfect

And seeing as how I never can be

I'll be in pain forever

Without her, eternally
