Isn't There A Different Road Than This?

The Lessening of my mind

Far off from the roses

__that you'd think

____that you'd see in the road of life

How is it that I don't even have

__a woman here with me?

I am a "fucking creep"

I know nothing of love

Love don't know me

I can get angry

And kill the so-called "man"

__who called me that

But murder is still illegal

Damned laws, never let me be free

Free to be me

Free to kill as I please

Free to buy a prostitute

To do the job that a woman would be doing

Free to speed in times of need

Free to sue any one I wanted

Free to place charges

On those who keep fucking with me

I suffer with the law

So-called "men"

Just won't let me be me

But I know I have to learn to let go

It's gettin' kind of old

I know I'll never truly be free

To get my vengeance

Just because I deserve it

It's not a fair world

It never will be

Before my father died

__he told me to accept it

In fact

Ev'ry one has said it

I'm a "fucking creep"?

Why should I accept that?

__the road of life

____is full of roses

______to pick up when you're walking on it

But why are there none on mine?

I don't wanna say "fuck the roses"

But what's my alternative?

They don't exist in my life

Even if I come across one in my future

Who will I give it to?

You can call me "pathetic'ly negative"

But I don't see the purpose

__in over confidence

I've always seen that

__as equally pathetic

Where's the balance?

Maybe it's being left alone

For me to see my problem

But that's already old
