Less Of Jane

I guess it went away

All this love I had

Must of been something wrong

With what I have done

It's no problem though

But, Jane, you were the most

Texter in my days

I'll sit and drown in a laugh

While I am looking back

And if as a lie

You think of that

Then you are right

'Cause it feels like crap

Now that our time has passed

Now that I am nothing

In your life

Now that I have complained

About what I should not of

And what's said and done

Cannot become undone

Well, jealousy had got to me

And I've shown to you

My jealous streak

I had no right

To assume the worst

But I did

I did

And I did it

I ruined us for good

Thinking it be better

To just stay way

Silence ain't all that great

But I gotta put up with

This punishment

'Cause you didn't do anything wrong

Now the memories of the times

That I shared with you

Have vanished now

'Cause they are all blocked

By tons of bricks called "rejection"

I was only your friend

So I guess I could never love you
