Removed From The World

-

Pampered and dampered

How was I to grow on time?

Wondered and wandered

What was I to know of life?

The barriers and the setbacks

What could ever become of me?

The dawning and the yawning

What's the matter with ev'rybody?

I can't be taught and just feel caught

In between the lies and spies

Who know the truth but spread false news

Entering the chamber of doubt

Here, we say all of the words

While digging in the soil

Over such term oil

If my heart remains shaken

How will I live?

If my friends all abandon me

Who will I call?

I see no doubt

__I see no death

yet, die inside

__I do the best

I drown in fear

__without the beer

Yet, how can I begin

__to seize thee hour?

I treat the laughter and walk on by

But I'll be dead before I tell a soul

What I can't explain and for surly won't

It doesn't hurt to walk the plank

But the dead must be the complaint of all wages

Out of the depths of punishment

And locked up in a vault

__and then suddenly chopped off

Let the wind laugh and laugh hard

Bask in the waste that is thee "all"

Lend me your mind and lose my own

Just trying to see things your way
