Texture Change

Hardening those thoughts of mine

Got me nowhere, so now

I must begin to appeal

The changing of the channels

Never puts the news on

So I turn off the 'tube

Pick up a book

The cheese is still cookin'

Can't wait to eat up

My harnessed waste

Is piling up the town

The crackers by the sea shore

Come flying over The Costal Patrol

Aiming at the sky

Is a butterfly in disguise

This magical perception

Has just found me dead

I've turned a deaf ear to cost

Just after having

__my block knocked off

I heard the candy bars swivel

I even ate my own head

I tasted like soup

But threw up in the shower

Heaven forbid

__I wake up to blood stains

____all over my pajamas

So I will

And when I find I'm finally soft

Watch out world!

Here comes a new beginning
