They Really Were Master Pieces That I Lost

"You know" it's unfair

I kill myself

It's always my fault

But why should I care?

Every inch of your body

Just could not be something I can have

Every look I stole

Deep into your grey eyes

Told me it was already over

The day you said no words

But lead me into a trap

Of keeping you dear to my heart

I didn't want to fall apart

I did not want to

But I fell without landing

Scribbling and scribbling

All the way down 'til your name remained

Out of the book

I carefully rearranged my memory

It took me 'til now

To recollect the way

That you made me rhyme away

Madly for you every night

Just knowing goodbye was coming up

But not being able to speak up

The time I see now

In my past

Past the fact

That I could see you in class again

But there I was still

Crazy, firm in my disease

And trippin' balls harder and harder

'Til I couldn't write anymore

That isn't gonna happen this time

This time I'm gonna write

Write what was thrown away

Write what was lost

Write it all over again

To the best of my memory

I know it won't be the same

But at least this time

It won't have to end

And I will not crack up

And stop my career again

You're number one again

"It's all coming back to me now"

But just vaguely

But it is still a breakthru

In memories lost being found

In times with a light and a desk

Recarved into my history

All over again

This is my right

To be able to remember life

____and you again

My life loving you

With no need to

But whatever the meaning

I feel like I accomplished a lot

With it finally unblocked
