This Faze Of Losing You

Does it strike you as odd

That we don't speak a word?

I've been keeping my pace

In my rout to fame

But been struck with the feeling

You do not need me

I'm drained of all words

But I'm cornered in pain

I've left you to melt away

So begotten and forgotten

Like there isn't a clue

How to get back with you

Suddenly cold, but it still didn't rain

I just am not brave

Could you tell me the same?

Specks inside my eye

The light inside my mind

Had dripped some due from within

We will never begin

But you

You will always be you

Whatever you do

And I can fly like a bat

Leaving trails to where I'm at

In an air so tight with clouds

I cannot be found

Will the people I know

Just pass me by?

I dreaded this disconnection

With it's sudden approach

No more you and me

Just gonna breathe in the paint

And taste the days

Of a wall to blast

But whatever I do

I will never touch ground

If you're not there

To be around
