Why Did I Choose This?

Tell me what you think is wrong

You used to be the one

Now the closeness has disengaged

And we've lost our touch

I know if I could fix my mind

I'd be able to see this right

But I still seem a little inadequate

We lost each other to ourselves

We won't know one another

Best believe it is over

Cutting my heart

And stabbing my throat

Making me choke

On my own goodbye

It wasn't true

That you needed me too

I won't understand

What I mean to you these days

Ripped to shreds is our relationship

I guess you didn't have to say "goodbye"

I didn't deserve to know this is it

And now that it is

I cannot stand it

Into the dark of nothing I go

Awaiting for nobody else to exist

And in plain sight

I just die

In plain view

There is no you

There's no use

Forget about it

Work all alone for nobody new

Shivering in temptation

Sex is everywhere

And I want another

How can I wait for you?

Not happening for us will just never do

And there's nothing to do about my

My heart is being attacked

By the sharp terror

That is my loss

Just the no you kind of thing

That is happening

I'll forget what it's like

To live life in love

Forever there will be no one

Left to solve the madness of life
