A little girl with a broken toy sat on the stairs listening to the voices that never meant joy.
“You will never be good enough”
“You will never be smart enough”
“You will always be pig, you will always be fat”
“You will never be loved”
“You will not rise above”
Her simplest dreams were to play with dolls,
Dress like a princess and sing her favorite songs,
And be for one time that silly normal girl.
She wished for a heart filled with love and care;
A worm touch from a loving mother,
A story from her sweet father;
But all what she have is dark room, cold bed, and pallid walls;
No toys or dolls. Just words like a sword,
Penetrate her body, mind, and soul.
Every day is a winter in her heart,
Every day is suffering and despair.
She is just a little girl with a golden hair,
When you look at her you say: “oh! What a beautiful girl, a life full of blessing waits for her”
If you knew how hollow she is from the inside, if you knew what monsters lies within her mind.
You will say: “that little girl needs a new heart, to love and become alive”
