Well Mother, just let me say this:

Everyone’s life is a book.

I’ve had my fair share of plots,

Rising actions,

Climaxes,

Ripped up pages,

Damaged covers,

And damaged spines.

I’ve even lost my place a couple of times.

But I don’t stop living.

I solve my mysteries.

I keep turning the pages.

I fix the damaged covers.

I fix the damaged spines.

I even find my place.

So please Mother,

Don’t stop turning the pages.

Don’t give up once you’ve reached the climax.

Just remember:

My life is a book too.
