There may be billions of souls in this world, but not time nor space can separate two souls who are meant for each other.

SOULMATE

By: Don Olivan

Amidst the billions of people everyday

That in this world do roam and play

I never really expected or knew

That someday I’d find my way to you

I don’t know if it’s circumstance or fate

That brought you to my heart’s gate

But I’ll forever thank God, that’s true

Because I have met and known you

Sometimes my mind would soar

‘Coz maybe I’ve met you before

If in the past there’s a life that I’ve led

I might have seen you before I was once dead

Or who knows if in my life in the future

I might just meet this beautiful creature

When the world would be strange and new

I might just have a chance of knowing you

Whatever it may be, I do not really care

I’m just glad that I’ve met you here, not there

‘Coz I don’t want to wait that long or go that far

To meet and see someone as special as you are
