I held a congress, according to the directions of this municipality,
voting upon the inflection of my own audible immortality,
when the vote tally was counted, becoming exposed,
spoken from a pendulumatic podium,
swaying one way, then the other,
all answered, with a nod.
The verdict;
unanimous.
