The Sudden Run

When it feels as if you can hold nothing more upon your heavy shoulders and that life is becoming more and more unbearable, you do not fall.
Instead,
you run.
The earth flows by as you stare at your goal. The surroundings rise and fall eventually destroying themselves in a swirl as a swell of pain enters your lungs. Your legs grow weak until every step is yet another achieved through complete concentration. Though this does not stop you for when your legs are no longer respondent you eventually find yourself crawling ahead forever looking at your goal. Only then as the last of your life force exits your piece, do you realize that there never was a goal ahead that you were running towards. With even more reflection, you realize that you never moved an inch
Instead,
with your last thoughts, you realize that you were crushed by it all and will stay beneath it for eternity
